» Can I specify a delivery date?

If you would like a specific date for your delivery then please phone to check stock and we will be able to advise if this is possible.  Our stock not only comes from our own warehouse but also direct from suppliers so it is imposisble to give "live" stock levels.

» How long does delivery take?

As long as the product is is stock, parcels take 48 hours and pallets take 3-5 days.  If you do need a next day service then we can accomodate this.

» What type of vehicle will deliver my goods?

Parcels are typically delivered using a standard sized white van, pallet are delivered using an 18tn lorry with a taillift. 

» Do I have to sign for my goods?

The goods do need a signature, however the drivers can go to your neighbours for a signature if needs be.  Customers have told us that by leaving a note stuck to your door to instruct a driver always works very well.
